Preface: In the beginning, there was darkness. Darkness which filled the void later to be known as the universe. A marvelous formation appeared in the center of that void. It came to be known as light, and it was the source of all things. It was a beautiful light; one which would eventually spread throughout the entire cosmos. Many solid masses began to form out of this light. They came to be known as planets and stars. But the most marvelous thing of all had yet to happen. Life! The light gave way to living organisms of all shapes, sizes and colors. What a marvel it was! Soon, a species capable of great intellect appeared. They came to be known as humans. They were initially confused by the light. They would come to give it many different names. Throughout the eons, many human wars would be fought over the light. Some humans would even try to extinguish the light. They would all fail; for the light is in all things, and all things are the light. Everything the light touches is our kingdom. Wait, that last part there is from The Lion King! There remains a selective few that know the truth about how the light originally came to be, but they have learned to keep this truth to themselves; for they know that the beings of the universe are not yet ready...
